The group
Each person needs their name, postcode and Glastonbury registration code, exactly as they registered them.
Who buys for whom
Each person ranks who they'd most like to buy for. Partners always go on the same booking.
How the split works
- Partners stay together. A buyer's partner goes first on their list, and a couple only goes on a list when both fit.
- A buyer fills their list from their own ranking, top first, skipping anyone already on another booking.
- Spare places go to people who ranked that buyer, then to friends of people already on the list, then to anyone still waiting. Newer buyers get these people before lists that are already being filled in.
- Once someone is on a list they stay on it, so lists don't change while people are typing. Two things move them: they get through and are needed as a buyer (their partner comes with them), or their buyer loses the session.
- If a couple can't fit together anywhere, they're split across two bookings, but only when that gets both of them a ticket.
Activity
Undo any mistake here. Reset clears who got through (handy after a practice run) and keeps the group.
